Widenose Collectibles Shipping Details

Most of our items for sale are very fragile by nature.  Widenose Collectibles are very experienced in packaging such items to ensure safe transit from us to your door.  We use high quality packaging materials & every item is quality control checked before it leaves us.

Shipping costs include full insurance for both loss & damage in transit.  All items are sent by Priority, Registered Airmail & will require a signature on delivery.  (Priority Registered Mail within France).

Items are usually posted out within 1 business/working day of receiving cleared payment.  You will receive an email informing you of the date of postage & the tracking number of your parcel.

Items are shipped using La Poste - the French postal service, which then passes them across to the relevant countries postal system - for example, Royal Mail for the UK / USPS for the USA etc etc.

Approximate shipping times:

Within France:      1-2 working days
Within Europe:     5-7 working days
USA:                  7-10 working days
Rest of the World: 10-14 working days

ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit - your purchase is fully insured.  PLEASE CONTACT US AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY.  We will request that you either return the item to us or, dependant on extent of damage/weight/destination we may request photographic evidence of the damage.  Please DO NOT dispose of the packaging as this may be needed by the relevant postal service.

If an item is lost in transit.  Please allow 21 working/business days for your item to arrive.  If it has not arrived within this timescale please firstly contact your postal service.  As all parcels require a signature on delivery it may well be at your local sorting office.  If it is not there please contact us & we will then make investigations with the relevant Postal Services.  If the parcel has been lost in transit we will provide you with a full refund.
