Widenose Collectables Returns Policy

In line with the EU Distance Selling Regulations our return policy is as follows:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return.

If a mistake has been made & your item is significantly different to the description on the Widenose Collectables website then you will be entitled to a full refund including all shipping charges.  This will be refunded to you when the item is returned.

If you receive the item but then decide you don't want it after all then you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the item only.  Shipping costs are not refunded in this instance.  Refunds will be made once the item has been returned.

FOR ALL RETURNS:  Please ensure that the parcels are sent back using the original packaging materials.  We highly recommend that parcels are returned by a tracked & insured method as any loss or damage in transit is your responsibility until it arrives back to us.
